We offer free, discreet shipping on all orders over $149. Every parcel is carefully packed and sent via Australia Post.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery – $14 flat rate
Estimated arrival: 3–7 business days

Express Delivery – $22 flat rate
Estimated arrival: 1–5 business days (based on location from Melbourne CBD).
Timing is based on dispatch from Melbourne CBD to metro areas nationally. Please allow additional time for interstate or regional delivery.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, Express orders will be redirected to your nearest Post Office.

Our Dispatch Process
We do our best to package your order on the same day it’s received and send it out as quickly as possible. Once it’s handed over to Australia Post, delivery time is outside of our control.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we’re unable to make changes once it has been dispatched. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require re-shipping at the standard delivery rate.

Responsibility After Dispatch
Once your parcel leaves us, it becomes your responsibility. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly. We’re unable to offer replacements or refunds for items affected during shipping.
