High Tide offers adult products and tickets to educational events, both in-store and online. You’re welcome to subscribe to our newsletter for updates and guidance, but it’s not required to place an order.

You don’t need an account to shop with us. If you choose to join our mailing list, we ask that you provide accurate information. You are responsible for any activity under your subscription, including keeping your details up to date.

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We accept payments via Shopify, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are processed securely and are subject to our Refunds and Exchanges policy.

We do our best to keep product availability accurate and to dispatch orders promptly. Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur. If there’s a delay with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Tickets to events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If you can’t attend, please get in touch — we’ll always do what we can.
